Here’s what you will do day-to-day

• Follow and implement the invoicing and payment processes.
• Prepare reconciliation reports and work directly with customers/clients.
• Ensure the accurate bookkeeping of all accounting transactions.
• Track, monitor, and handle the debts of clients/enterprises, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Check the accuracy and completeness of supporting documents for all transactions before processing.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Perform other finance and accounting tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
   

Here's who we are looking for

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related fields from reputable institutions (NEU, FTU, AOF, Banking Academy, or equivalent).

• GPA from 3.5/4.0 (or 8.0/10) and above is highly preferred

Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in accounting, finance, or a related role.

Skills:

• Proficient in Excel and other relevant accounting tools.
• Strong time management skills.
• Effective communication abilities.
• Intermediate proficiency in English, with competence in both reading and writing.

Attitude:

• Demonstrates a strong work ethic, dedication, responsibility, and trustworthiness.
• High attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
• Open to taking on new roles, assignments, and eager to learn.
• Maintains a positive, professional demeanor with excellent poise and composure.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
