We’re looking for a top-tier B2B Sales Director who can bring in enterprise clients, close high-value deals, and shape our growth strategy. If you have a powerful network, proven enterprise sales results, and thrive in high-stakes environments — this is your stage.
What you'll do
- Hunt and close new enterprise B2B clients (1,000–10,000+ employees preferred)
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → meetings → proposals → negotiations → closing
- Build and maintain C-level relationships to unlock long-term partnerships
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional onboarding & client success
- Represent Vui App at key industry events and partner engagements
- Report on pipeline, deal status, and business impact directly to the leadership team
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years in enterprise B2B sales (B2B2C background preferred: banking/payroll, ERP, HR tech, e-wallet, BNPL)
- Strong network with C-level executives in manufacturing, textile, electronics, footwear, retail, etc.
- Proven track record in closing large contracts and hitting ambitious sales targets
- Strategic mindset with strong finance & risk management understanding
- Excellent communicator, negotiator, and deal closer
- Ready for frequent business travel across provinces.
