About the role

As a Key Account Manager / Corporate Relationship Manager, you’ll be the trusted partner for our key clients and corporate partners — the bridge that connects business goals with human impact. You’ll nurture long-term relationships, ensure exceptional service, and identify opportunities that create win-win growth for both our partners and Vui App. This role combines strategy, empathy, and business acumen — perfect for someone who loves working closely with people and driving measurable results.

 

What you will do

  • Manage and grow relationships with key clients and corporate partners.
  • Deeply understand client goals and challenges to propose meaningful, value-driven solutions.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding, engagement, and service delivery.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Product, CS, Marketing,...) to elevate client experience.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth — upsell, cross-sell, and expansion.
  • Track account performance, analyze insights, and report on key metrics.

 

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 3–5 years of experience in Project Management or Customer Success, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or HR Tech solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; detail-oriented and results-driven.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and partners.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Planner, or similar).
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance practices.

     

What we offer

  • 5–10 years of experience as a Key Account Manager or Relationship Manager, preferably in Fintech, SaaS, or Banking.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong customer mindset with a proactive and strategic approach.
  • Analytical, organized, and familiar with CRM tools.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Good English communication skills.
