CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Legal R&D: Conduct deep research on EWA regulations, Fintech trends, and Data Privacy (NDCP). Propose creative legal solutions for complex business challenges.
- Drafting & Review: Assist in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, internal policies, and compliance documents.
- Operational Excellence: Manage legal archives, track case progress, and ensure all administrative legal tasks are executed with precision.
- Licensing & Compliance: Support the team in executing legal procedures with state authorities and partners.
Ad-hoc Projects: Take ownership of special projects assigned by the Head of Legal to support VuiApp’s growth.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR (REQUIREMENTS)
- Profile: Final-year students or fresh graduates from top-tier Law Schools. Available for at least 3-4 days/week.
- Mindset: A "Start-up Soul" – You are fascinated by Fintech, Digital Transformation, and Personal Data Protection.
- Personality: Bold & Dynamic. We don't want "yes-men". We want someone who dares to voice their opinion, dares to try, and has a leadership spark.
- Skills: Strong legal reasoning, analytical thinking, and the ability to simplify complex legal jargon.
- Attitude: High integrity, proactive, and resilient under high-pressure startup environments.
