The role also sits at the bridge between B2B and B2C marketing - partnering with companies while communicating directly with the employees who use the product.

Job Description
- User Engagement & Lifecycle Communication: Plan and execute user communication across channels such as in-app content, push notifications, and messaging platforms (Zalo, SMS) to support user understanding and sustained product usage.
- Product Marketing Support: Collaborate with the team to craft clear messaging and educational materials for new features. (Don't worry, you will be fully trained on this!)
- B2B2C Roll-out: Continuously adapt standardized marketing toolkits and plans for deployment at partner enterprises across both Northern and Southern regions.
- Offline Activation: Get hands-on with offline marketing activities, ranging from logistics management to engaging with actual users on-site (primarily in the North).
- Campaign Operations: Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of communication activities. Use data to suggest improvements for future campaigns.
Requirements (What we are looking for)
- Communication skills: Strong writing ability and the capacity to translate complex information into clear and user-friendly communication.
- Execution ability: Comfortable producing marketing materials and basic visual content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms.
- Attention to detail: Highly careful and responsible when preparing any communication that reaches end users, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency at every touchpoint.
- Learning mindset: Curious about product marketing and willing to learn across different areas of marketing.
- Energy & ownership: Brings positive energy to the team and enjoys working through problems to find practical solutions.
- Open to interns (full-time) or fresh graduates. We value relevant experiences that demonstrate your fit for this role, including academic projects, university activities, personal projects, or managing your own social media channels.
