Your role

You’ll work with senior leaders across multiple industries to create and execute win–win partnership models that expand our reach and deliver tangible results.

What you’ll do

• Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnership opportunities with key organizations in relevant sectors (finance, technology, HR, etc.).
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with decision-makers at partner organizations.
• Design partnership frameworks and go-to-market plans that drive revenue and user growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, marketing) to ensure successful partnership activation.
• Track performance against agreed milestones and continuously optimize for better results.
   

What we’re looking for

• 3–5+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Channel Sales — preferably in B2B tech, fintech, HR solutions, or enterprise software.
• Proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing complex partner relationships.
• Strong network in one or more relevant industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven, self-starter mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
