About the role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients successfully implement and adopt Vui App. You’ll own the end-to-end client journey — from onboarding to ongoing success — acting as the key connector between clients, internal teams, and external partners to deliver measurable, long-term value.

 

What you will do

  • Lead project delivery from planning to execution, ensuring timelines, scope, and budgets are met.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, driving smooth onboarding and high satisfaction.
  • Collaborate across internal teams and vendors to guarantee efficient, seamless implementation.
  • Monitor progress, prepare reports, and proactively identify and resolve risks or issues.
  • Maintain clear project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

 

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 3–5 years of experience in Project Management or Customer Success, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or HR Tech solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; detail-oriented and results-driven.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and partners.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Planner, or similar).
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance practices.
