Job Description
Conduct market research, analyze customer needs and behavior to identify insights, improve existing products, and propose new development ideas.
Plan and execute in-app activities to increase engagement, improve Monthly Active Users (MAU), and retain users.
Collect feedback from users and internal teams, report results, measure campaign effectiveness, and propose optimization strategies.
Take primary responsibility for online and offline marketing and communication activities to attract new users and enhance the engagement of existing users.
Collaborate with Project Management, Product, and Development teams to prepare and launch new products/features, including product positioning, key messaging, and overall communication planning.
Produce and manage multi-channel content such as newsletters, social media posts, posters, flyers, video & radio scripts, website content, ensuring consistent brand image.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager and the Board of Directors.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
At least 2–3 years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing; candidates with strong growth marketing backgrounds are preferred.
Solid understanding of online and offline communication channels (events, print advertising, etc.); experience in organizing or participating in B2B/B2B2C events is a plus.
Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in marketing measurement tools or platforms.
Market research and customer insight capabilities, with a creative mindset for generating ideas.
Strong content production skills, including writing, editing, and managing cross-platform content, are an advantage.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
Proficiency in English is an advantage.
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work under high pressure.
