We’re seeking a Marketing Manager who can bring Vui App closer to the B2B market — positioning us as a trusted partner for HR leaders, C-levels, and business owners.
You’ll combine strategic marketing with active market presence, ensuring our brand is seen, heard, and remembered in the right places. At the same time, you’ll be accountable for driving user acquisition and engagement, making sure our marketing efforts translate into measurable growth.
What you’ll do
- Build and execute marketing strategies to reach and engage B2B decision-makers.
- Drive brand positioning as the go-to employee benefit partner in Vietnam.
- Lead planning and execution of events, conferences, and networking activities to increase market presence.
- Develop PR, media, and content initiatives that support business development.
- Work closely with Sales to align campaigns with lead generation goals.
- Own key marketing metrics: user acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Design and execute performance marketing campaigns to grow the user base.
- Manage a small but agile marketing team, ensuring effective delivery of both brand and growth campaigns.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years in marketing, preferably with B2B or HR-related solutions.
- Proven success in both branding and growth marketing (user acquisition, funnel optimization).
- Experience with PR, events, and digital campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Strong networking skills and ability to represent the brand externally.
- Creative, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
- Hands-on approach; comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
