About the role

As a Project Manager – Enterprise Implementation, you will lead the onboarding and implementation of Vui App for enterprise clients. This role sits at the intersection of project management, client success, and enterprise partnerships, ensuring smooth implementation and long-term client success.
 

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise clients, from kickoff to successful go-live.
• Plan and manage project timelines, scope, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams (Product, Tech, Operations, Customer Success) and client stakeholders.
• Act as the main point of contact for enterprise clients during onboarding and implementation.
• Track project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues that may affect delivery.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to support account growth opportunities.
• Provide regular project updates and documentation for stakeholders.
   

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, implementation, or enterprise onboarding roles.
• Experience working with B2B / enterprise clients; background in HRTech, Fintech, SaaS, or HRM systems is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, or similar).
