Conducting user interview and business investigation to understand how user behavior and workflow are in reality.

Working back and forth with both sides of Product Owner and Technical Leader to detail requirement and business analysis at URS & SRS level; revealing use cases that need trade-off decisions

Designing wireframe and workflow to clarify the abstract requirement into specific UX and UI

Working closely with designer and developer to clarify the use cases, the “why” behind every trade-off during development process

Working closely with each developer to ensure no requirement is misunderstood, and his solution already meets the requirement

Working closely with tester to ensure QA is on the same page of requirement at details level of use cases and behavior

Collaborating with team to ensure every step of project operation including: requirement, specs, solution, wireframe, design, coding, review, testing, deployment and release

Being strong at critical & logical thinking

Being good at problem solving and team collaboration

Having IT-related background is favorable

Experienced in working with developers and SCRUM process is a plus

3 years of experience with IT project is preferable

Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements

Làm việc chặt chẽ với từng developer để đảm bảo không có yêu cầu nào bị hiểu nhầm và giải pháp của họ đã đáp ứng yêu cầu

Làm việc chặt chẽ với tester để đảm bảo QA hiểu đúng về các yêu cầu trong phát triển sản , nắm chi tiết từng hành vì và các trường hợp sử dụng của người dùng.

Cộng tác với cả nhóm để đảm bảo từng bước phối hợp và triển khai dự án: requirement, specs, solution, wireframe, design, coding, review, testing, deployment and release.
