Here’s what you will do day-to-day

• Support manager to lead all aspects of deal execution from: identifying and developing accounts, meeting with partners, business case development, to negotiating contracts and closing
• Nurture employer partners from networking, executing the opportunity and on-going for continued partner success and support
• Build and maintain highly effective business relationships
• Communicate and report to leadership the forecast of pipeline, business impact, and on-going feedback from employer partners
• Anticipate the information, resources and organization needs of the CGO to ensure they can prioritize and undertake work in an informed way.  
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure relevant information is received by the CGO within tight deadlines. 
• Provide excellent coordination and administration support to the CGO when required. 
• Support and mentor other operational and administrative team members
• Other duties be assigned by the manager

Here's who we are looking for

• Significant experience (3-5 years) supporting C level / Senior Executives to Board level ideally in a fast paced global business. 
• Have experience and knowledge in Bank (Payroll, Corporate Finance, Investment Bank,...) ERP, Tech (HRM/ ERM, e-wallet) company, Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) is a big plus
• Proven experience collaborating and building trust and effective working relationships with senior stakeholders
• Proven ability to work independently, multi-task and deal with competing priorities.
