Here’s your mission

Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting and provide proper oversight of all expenditures and revenue collections in order to successfully support the operations of the company

Here’s what you will do day-to-day

• Ensure the bookkeeping of all transactions

• Prepare budget forecasts

• Check the accuracy and completeness of supporting documents for the transactions before processing

• Supervise the invoicing and payment processes

• Monitor/Track/Follow up account receivable and payable

• Reconcile all balance sheet accounts

• Ensure to meet deadlines for monthly financial statements and tax reports

• Prepare debt report, weekly debt payment notice, and follow up bad debt customers

• Prepare reports on contract performance and general information on debts to BOD.

• Other tasks assigned by BoD

Here's who we are looking for

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Accounting, or relevant majors. Chief Accountant Training certificate is a plus

• Knowledge/ Experience: At least 5-year experience in accounting; fintech industry is a plus.

• Skills: Decision Making, time management, leadership, communication, intermediate English - competence for reading and writing;

• Attitude: Willing to take on a new role/assignment; Positive and professional attitude, well-poised; Able to work individually and teamwork; Responsible, trustworthy, careful, willing to learn new things.
