Here’s what you will do day-to-day

• Plan weekly, monthly and implement the plan to achieve the target number of appointments to meet customers

• Phone customers according to customer leads available on CRM or search for customers through other channels such as Online, face-to-face, seminars, workshops,...

• Reaching customers (Telesales, Email + Chat, Direct sales): Focus on Telesales

• Find out the needs of customers, explain, advise and guide how to use products for customers

• Responsible for telesales in respective assigned areas, industries and customer groups

• Responsible for building and maintaining close relationships with customers to meet the target of demo appointments.

• Develop and maintain business relationships with new and existing customers

• Efforts with the Center to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets

• Resolve product and service related issues, if any

• Trained in Telesales skills.

Here's who we are looking for

• Graduated from college/university majoring in Business Administration, Economics, IT,...

• 3 years or more sales or telesales experience

• Serious attitude at work, enthusiastic, dynamic, independent, sensitive

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Ability to persuade and negotiate with customers

• Know how to organize and arrange work

• High sense of responsibility at work

• Basic English communication

• Priority: Clear voice, standard pronunciation.
