Senior B2B Business Development Executive

Here’s what you will do day-to-day

  • Identify, source, and acquire B2B clients, focusing on strategic employer partnerships.
  • Support the manager in leading the entire deal execution process, including prospecting, conducting meetings, developing business cases, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with employer partners through networking, opportunity execution, and continuous post-deal support to ensure ongoing success.
  • Monitor and report key metrics related to sales pipeline, revenue impact, and employer feedback to leadership, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Educate and engage employer partners on Nano’s value proposition through compelling presentations, webinars, and live demos.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, customer success) to align business development efforts with company objectives and enhance partner experience.

 

Here's who we are looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience in selling banking products (payroll, corporate finance, investment banking, etc.), ERP solutions, technology products (HRM/ERM, e-wallets), Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL), or other digital financial solutions.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with mid-to-large enterprises and major corporations.
  • Consistently achieved and exceeded sales targets, demonstrating a strong track record in business development.
  • Highly energetic, determined, and resilient, with a passion for sales and relationship management.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving business requirements.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to drive and take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.
  • Age range: 25-35 years old.
