Job Description

• Full Funnel Growth Ownership: Drive user growth by owning the end to end funnel to acquire, retain, and reactivate users across all lifecycle stages.
• Integrated Campaign Execution: Plan and execute high impact online and offline campaigns to drive both user and revenue growth. This involves close collaboration with Creative, Business Intelligence, Product, and Operations teams.
• Performance Accountability: Directly own key performance metrics (KPIs), providing real time data insights and continuous optimization to ensure maximum efficiency for every initiative.
• Market and User Intelligence: Conduct systematic market research and competitive analysis on user trends to deliver actionable insights and proactive initiatives for sustainable growth.
   

Requirements

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in user growth or promotion strategy within fintech, e-commerce, or the tech industry. You must have a proven track record of successful campaigns and a clear understanding of the specific drivers behind that success.
• Growth Mindset: An entrepreneurial spirit with a commitment to being a self motivated and independent learner.
• Analytical Capability: Excellence in structured thinking with the ability to build effective analysis frameworks, monitor growth data, and drive business growth through logical insights.
• Functional Expertise: Strong skills in promotion planning, lifecycle optimization, and campaign efficiency.
• Operational Excellence: Ability to multitask, meet strict deadlines, maintain high attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel. You will be supported by a dedicated BI team for complex data needs, with opportunities to learn data querying if desired.
