Here’s what you will do day-to-day
- Manage and execute sales activities and campaigns according to established policies, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, both existing and prospective, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Lead the process of deal execution from identification to closure, collaborating closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of B2B events such as webinars, workshops, and networking sessions, ensuring seamless logistics and impactful outcomes.
- Analyze sales data and metrics regularly to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to enhance sales strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as marketing and finance, ensuring alignment and synergy in sales efforts and resource allocation.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, automate tasks, and enhance overall sales effectiveness.
- Contribute to strategic planning initiatives by providing inputs based on sales forecasts, market insights, and industry trends, aiming to drive sustainable business growth.

Here's who we are looking for
- 3-5 years of sales operations experience in technology firms, banks, or e-wallet companies.
- Experience in event organization, preferably in HRM services or B2B events, is desired, along with excellent communication and project management skills.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and fluency in English are essential for this role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel, is required for effective communication and reporting.
- Candidates should be enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and driven to create engaging partner experiences.
- Preferred skills include content development, design, and knowledge of PR, communication, marketing, or business development.
- Essential competencies include strategic thinking, financial acumen, risk management, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Adaptability, proactive mindset, and a results-driven approach are crucial for success in this dynamic role.
