Here’s what you will do day-to-day

• Be responsible for the start-to-end recruitment process for non-tech positions: job posting, CV shortlisting, interviewing, offering and onboarding. 
• Focus on hunting B2B Business Development candidates  
• Build up an active talent pipeline using a mix of channels including direct sourcing, social media tools, personal connection and third-party vendor.
• Others tasks assigned from manager

Here's who we are looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition (non-Tech prefer)
• Have recruitment experience in B2B Business Development, Relationship Manager,...and focus on banking industry.
• Can approach and process with C-level candidates.
• Specialist Strong and specialized in non-tech recruitment
• Have knowledge and proficient use of different recruitment channels
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Good English
• Agility and quick to adapt to an energetic environment.
• Have a sense of responsibility; eager to learn; good attention to detail, mature, confident personality.
• Have a positive attitude and proactive thinking.
