Here’s your mission

You own the tone of voice of our products. You decide how our product communicate and interact with users through in-app experience

Here’s what you will do day-to-day

• Help define the experience strategy, interface development, and language systems

• Own the “tone of voice” of the product

• Write for new consumer-facing features, as well as maintain existing user interface copy, all while collaborating with other disciplines to create thoughtful and thorough user experiences

• Coordinate with the UI design team on issues like navigation, page routing, product page design, etc.

Here's who we are looking for

• Experienced at writing or editing content for the web and mobile experiences, as a UX writer, content strategist, or similar. 

• Strong strategic, creative, and conceptual abilities as demonstrated by an outstanding portfolio 

• You’re an excellent communicator, an empathetic and critical thinker

• You’re adept at synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data to guide editorial recommendations and content

• You have the drive and acuity to effectively handle pressure and responsibility

• Enjoy solving problems, big and small, for all kinds of users. Someone who constantly looks to hone your executions through user feedback.
