Here’s what you will do day-to-day
- Be responsible for the start-to-end recruitment process for non-tech positions: job posting, CV shortlisting, interviewing, offering and onboarding.
- Focus on hunting B2B Business Development candidates
- Build up an active talent pipeline using a mix of channels including direct sourcing, social media tools, personal connection and third-party vendor.
- Others tasks assigned from manager
Here's who we are looking for
- Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition (non-Tech prefer)
- Have recruitment experience in B2B Business Development, can approach C-level candidates.
- Specialist Strong and specialized in non-tech recruitment
- Have knowledge and proficient use of different recruitment channels
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Good English
- Agility and quick to adapt to an energetic environment.
- Have a sense of responsibility; eager to learn; good attention to detail, mature, confident personality.
- Have a positive attitude and proactive thinking.
